I've spent more than 35 years working in computers and information technology — computer repair, networking, IT consulting, website design, business technology and the kind of stubborn troubleshooting most people would rather hand to someone else. Over those years I helped thousands of homeowners, professionals and small businesses on Long Island keep their technology working.

Along the way, Dan's Papers on Long Island's East End recognized my work with the Gold Award in 2014 and the Platinum Award in 2015 as one of the area's top computer technicians. Those meant a lot, though what I value more is the customers who kept calling back year after year — and sent their neighbors.

My family and I recently moved to the Lake Norman area, and I started Lake Norman Web Solutions to bring that same expertise, honesty and level of service here. This is a locally owned, family-run business. I answer the phone myself, I do the work myself, and you'll always know what something costs before I start.

I'm a family man, so I understand how much depends on technology that just works — whether that's a laptop full of family photos or the website a small business runs on.
