FAQ
Straight answers, no fine print.
What happens after launch?
We walk you through your finished site, hand over every login in your name and stay reachable. Small tweaks are included for the first 30 days, and you can always text or call us later for changes — no contract required.
Can you help with my Google Business Profile and local SEO?
Yes. We set up or clean up your Google Business Profile, add your service areas, categories, hours and photos, and build the on-page local SEO into your site so Mooresville, Huntersville, Cornelius, Denver, Troutman and Statesville customers can find you.
How much does a website cost?
Every project is quoted as one flat fee based on what you actually need — page count, SEO, chatbot and any extras. We give you the full number in writing after a short free consultation, so there are no monthly charges and no surprise line items.
How long does it take to build my site?
A one-page site typically launches in about a week. A full multi-page build usually takes two to three weeks. The biggest factor is how fast we get your photos, content and feedback — we'll tell you exactly what we need on day one.
Do you charge monthly fees?
No. Design and build work is a flat one-time fee. Domain and hosting are billed directly by your provider (usually a small yearly cost), and optional maintenance or chatbot service is quoted separately and clearly before you commit to anything.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your logo if you have one, a handful of photos, a short description of your services and any pricing you want shown. If your content isn't ready, we'll help write it. Nothing technical is required from you.
Who owns the website when it's finished?
You do — the site, the domain and the content are yours outright. If you ever want to move it or hand it to another developer, you can, with no permission needed from us.
Can you update my site after launch?
Yes. Send a message with what you'd like changed and we take care of it. Small tweaks are included for the first 30 days after launch. After that you can pay per change or pick up a simple maintenance plan.
Can I make edits myself?
If you want that, we'll build it so you can. We set up simple editing for the content you're most likely to change — hours, pricing, photos, specials — and walk you through it on a short screen-share. If you'd rather not touch it at all, send us a text and we'll handle it.
Do you work on websites you didn't build?
Often, yes. If your site is on a platform we can access and maintain safely, we'll quote the redesign or fix. If it's built on something that would cost you more to patch than to rebuild, we'll tell you that honestly.
Will my site show up on Google?
Every build includes SEO fundamentals: proper titles and descriptions, clean headings, fast load times, local business schema and Search Console setup. Ranking for competitive terms takes time and consistency, and we'll be realistic with you about what to expect.
Is my site going to work well on phones?
Yes — every project is designed mobile-first and tested on real devices. For most local businesses more than half of all visitors arrive from a phone, so that's where we start rather than where we finish.
What kind of businesses do you work with?
Local service businesses and small shops: contractors, landscapers, salons, boutiques, studios, charters, cleaners, trainers and similar. If you serve customers around Lake Norman, we've likely thought about your kind of site.
Do you offer AI chatbots and automation?
We offer simple AI chatbots that answer your common questions and capture leads. We deliberately don't sell complex automation builds yet — we'd rather do a smaller number of things very well than oversell something unproven.
How do payments work?
Typically half up front to reserve your spot on the schedule, and the balance when the site goes live. We accept card, transfer and check. You'll always see the total in writing before any money changes hands.
What if I don't like the design?
You review the design before development begins and again on a private preview link before launch. Revisions during the build are part of the price — we don't move forward until you're happy with what you see.
I already have a domain. Can you use it?
Yes. We'll connect your existing domain and email so nothing breaks, and handle the technical side for you. If you don't have one yet, we'll help you pick and register it — you stay the owner either way.
Do I need to be technical?
Not at all. Most of our clients aren't. Send us your photos, services and pricing, and we handle everything else. We explain each step in plain English and never ask you to figure something out on your own.
What if I'm too busy to manage a website project?
That's normal, and it's why the process is built to need very little from you: one short call, one round of content, one review. We do the rest and follow up so nothing stalls.
What happens if something breaks after launch?
Call or text us. We look at it the same or next business day. Anything caused by our build is fixed at no charge, and other fixes are quoted honestly before we touch anything.
Why should I trust a smaller local company?
Because our reputation lives in the same towns you work in. Everything is in writing before you pay, you review the site before it launches, and you own it outright. There's no contract keeping you here — only the work.
Which areas do you serve?
Mooresville, Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson, Denver, Troutman, Statesville, Sherrills Ford, Terrell and the greater Charlotte area. Remote projects outside the region are welcome when the fit is right.
How do I get started?
Call or text (980) 507-3826, or send the consultation form on this page. We'll set up a short call, learn what you need and follow up with a written flat quote — usually within one business day.
Ready for a website that brings in work?
Every week an outdated site stays live is another week of calls going elsewhere. One short call gets you honest advice and a flat quote — usually within one business day.
